CAVES BEACHSIDE UPDATE
Construction is well underway on the Caves Beachside development, with work commencing on the new hotel. The under cover basement has been constructed with the slab laid and the steel structure in progress, it is hoped that the hotel will be completed prior to Christmas.
It is also anticipated that construction will begin soon on a village display house. The display home, situated on lot 58, will be fitted with many of the modern conveniences available including a plunge pool.

Selling agent, Rob O’Brien, will be manning the display home to help investors tailor their property to individual needs. With many quality inclusions to choose from, Caves Beachside will be setting a new benchmark for real estate in the Hunter.
It is anticipated that the display home will be ready prior to Christmas.
