After an extensive community consultation process, followed by both local and state government approval, Caves Beachside is ready to set the benchmark for sustainable coastal development.
From the “design development stage” through to the commencement of building, it has been a six year journey with considerable effort focused on environment initiatives including solar power, rain water tanks and even recycling of old concrete roads from the former caravan park.
Building is currently underway for the first stage of this iconic beach front residential development and what has been designed for the site is nothing short of fantastic.
The architecturally designed housing interfaced with the idyllic beach front location provides a back drop for a relaxed recreational living experience.

In recent weeks the site workers have reported the magnificent procession of whales migrating north.
